Furniture Customization Process
1.Preliminary measuring scale
Our designers will communicate with you in detail to get a precise understanding of your needs, including furniture features, style, size and expected materials. Make sure your request can be realized and the $HK500 measuring stick earnest money will be charged after both parties have reached a consensus. An exclusive VIP customer base will be established for you for one-on-one service throughout the process.
2.Confirm the plan
The designer will produce detailed design drawings and 3D effect drawings for you within 72 hours, revising them repeatedly according to your feedback until you are satisfied. The effect image restoration is up to 90%.
3.Material selection
The designer will provide you with different materials to choose from based on the design drawings and renderings, including wood, metal, glass and other options.
4.Production
After confirming the materials and design plan, you need to pay a 60% production deposit before officially entering production. The production cycle is about 15-25 days.
5.Transportation and installation
We will agree on the delivery time with you in advance and charge 30% of the payment when the delivery arrives downstairs. After the installation is completed, you will be asked to inspect, confirm satisfaction and then pay the last 10% of the balance, the project is successfully completed, happy cooperation!
